A Side Dish That Goes With Everything

Ingredients:

Note: Always presume all ingredients listed are organic and/or as natural as can be (GMO and pesticide free).

Note: It's easy to get confused when reading food labels today. To save you research time and frustration, I have linked as often as possible to my favorite brands. Directions:

  1. ​Wash and roughly chop the cauliflower

  2. Use the grating attachment on the food processor and grate all cauliflower. If you don't have a food processor, you can use a cheese grater but it takes a lot longer to prep.​  

  3. Melt the oil or butter in the large skillet or dutch oven over medium high heat.

  4. When melted, add the leeks and saute' while stirring for about 5 minutes.

  5. Add mushrooms and continue to stir for another 2 minutes.

  6. Add cauliflower, spices and broth and stir until thoroughly mixed.

  7. Continue to stir and heat the cauliflower mix until heated through, approximately 10 minutes.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
