Note: Always presume all ingredients listed are organic and/or as natural as can be (GMO and pesticide free).

Note: It's easy to get confused when reading food labels today. To save you research time and frustration, I have linked as often as possible to my favorite brands. These same products and 1000's more can be found HERE. My favorite non-toxic kitchen equipment is also linked below, as well as many more HERE.

Kitchen Tools:

  1. Wash and roughly chop the cauliflower

  4. When melted, add the leeks and saute' while stirring for about 5 minutes.

  5. Add mushrooms and continue to stir for another 2 minutes.

  6. Add cauliflower, spices and broth and stir until thoroughly mixed.

  7. Continue to stir and heat the cauliflower mix until heated through, approximately 10 minutes.

  8. Serve and enjoy!

Consider purchasing this most amazing health and diet book HERE. It really is one of the best I have ever read! The changes in my body were phenomenal. You will also learn all about the importance of adding sulfur vegetables into your diet.
