Service Description

This Phone Consult is for Existing and Active Clients ONLY who have previously purchased "The Works Consultation" and are within the First Year after having their primary consultation. There is No Charge for these appointments as they are used for clarification of health programs as well as updates on current health situations where additional resources may be needed. If you have questions beyond a quick text or email this appointment is for you. 30 minutes has been set aside for each phone call.

Cancellation Policy

Please Note: There is a $100 Cancellation Fee if an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours prior to the consultation.
