Flow - Water, Yoga, Life is a fantastic new Health and Wellness store that recently opened in Huntington Beach, California on Beach Boulevard just south of the 405 freeway, between Slater and Talbert Avenues.
The store features a double reverse osmosis filtered water system providing clean water to those in the Orange County region. Water jugs and containers of all sizes and materials can be purchased for the ability to easily refill them in the shop. Patrons exclaim, "The water tastes so clean!" and Co-owner Leo Ramil says, "I love my water so much I wish I could shower in it too!" I have to agree.
After spending a few days meeting with Mr. Ramil and drinking the water, I must admit that it does taste very clean. For me to taste a difference is truly saying something as I have drunk highly filtered water for the last 5 years, and I do taste a difference in their process. Soon to open is Flow's infrared, hot yoga studio run by Leo's nephew Matt Patterson. Matt is a highly sought-after yoga instructor in the Orange County area. Although I have never been in one of Matt's classes, all you have to do is look at this tall, dark, handsome and fit man to know he must know what he is doing! As we speak, the gorgeous new yoga floors are "expanding" and the infrared sauna heaters are being installed. The yoga studio is due to open within the next 3 weeks (February 2019) so check the website or Facebook page to be notified of the yoga studio opening.
Lastly, Flow will be focusing on Mind, Body and Spirit health and wellness as well. Health classes will be taught by myself, Tina Buenzli of TriumphOverHealth.com educating on the tens of 1000's of hours of research I compiled and put to use to heal from Stage IV Melanoma cancer naturally. Various methods of detoxification will be taught, as well as various other health techniques to keep the immune system strong, the mind sharp and the body fit.
In addition, Leo will be offering services and classes focusing on the Mind and Spirituality. He is truly gifted in this area so my family and I can't wait for this part of the lifestyle center to open. For years we have called Leo our Spiritual Guidance Counselor, so I personally can't wait for him to share his skills on a broader basis with the world. Stay tuned for all that this unique center has to offer.
