Introducing...

Triumph With Food ~ Eat Smart * Stay Healthy

Because of my love of ♥'s, chocolate and all things health, I decided to make the week of Valentine's Day my inaugural issue of Triumph With Food ~ Eat Smart * Stay Healthy, a weekly digest incorporating healthy food into your everyday lifestyle.

In addition to sending you the Living Healthy Newsletter each month, I am also going to send you a new healthy recipe each week. At times it won't be a recipe, it might instead be any of the following:

  • A favorite grocery item and why I use it

  • A video about how to make an important healthy dish

  • A food supply source providing quality meats, fish, vegetables or grocery items

  • An exceptional restaurant or juice store that's "doing it right"

  • A Food List educating you on how and what to eat or not eat, etc.

Bottom line is I want to educate you on what it means to eat healthy today, while not compromising taste or lifestyle.

As I have mentioned all over TriumphOverHealth.com and in videos, I am a Foodie. I have always loved food, and I have loved eating healthy food that tastes phenomenal. I also have a passion for creating new dishes that are seasonal, simple to make, yet have a lot of flavor and digest well. In addition, I love the challenge of taking old, family favorite or popular recipes and working with them until I have made them healthier and even better tasting. Because of this love of food, I want to share with you all that I have created for my family and friends, both past and present.

After all, one of the biggest questions I get asked is, "What am I supposed to eat now?" And that is what I plan to help you with!

Make sure to Email Me if you have suggestions on anything else you'd like to see featured in Triumph With Food. I am always open to new ideas and serving you better.♥

Quote of the Day:

"The doctor of the future will no longer treat the human frame with drugs,

but rather will Cure and Prevent disease with Nutrition."

- Thomas Edison

Enjoy all that is to come and your very first Recipe will be in the next Blog Post - featuring Dark Chocolate and Walnut Fudge. It's a good one! It might not be considered truly "healthy" in the hardcore health world, but I have made this recipe a whole lot healthier than traditional fudge recipes. It's Paleo, refined sugar free, gluten-free and can be made dairy and nut free as well.

I am a firm believer that we must be able to live life and celebrate along the way. BUT - we can make our meals healthier, as well as our desserts. Because chocolate is usually a large part of Valentine's Day, I figured why not start there! ♥

Happy Valentine's Day!

May you experience an abundance of love, happiness and health,

♥ Tina Buenzli
